Upcoming Projects:

  • Golden Horizon Projects have secured major projects across two big Belgian building frameworks put up for renewal.
  • Golden Horizon pulled off double awards securing major project slots on both the 100 million euro Eco-Friendly residential and office buildings in Bruges, Belgium and 300 million euro civil construction in the Flemish regional Framework.
  • This latest generation framework includes new lots for housing in addition to lots for other public building projects across the region and is estimated to be worth around 500 million euro over the next four years.
  • Golden Horizon Projects has been working up the scheme under a pre-construction services agreement since September 2023, and will now move to shell and core construction.
  • This project is scheduled to complete in December 2026, with the fit-out element finished by December 2028.
